when:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>The member has <strong>complex skilled care needs<\/strong> beyond RHSS capabilities that require a licensed nurse (e.g., wound care, complex medication administration, ventilator management)<\/li>\n<li>Needs are <strong>documented in the physician\u2019s plan of care<\/strong>, meet medical necessity criteria, and are <strong>prior authorized<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Services are <strong>not duplicative of RHSS<\/strong>, and are coordinated to ensure no overlap in services, billing, or care delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To
